How to use

Glide the flat side of the shampoo over thoroughly wet hair using small circular motions to create a lather. Once evenly distributed, set the shampoo aside and gently massage your scalp to lift impurities and cleanse deeply. Rinse well.

Storage

Keep your shampoo dry between uses to prevent it from softening too quickly. Place it on a soap holder or in a well-drained area of your shower where it can dry properly.

Wet hair and the shampoo bar thoroughly.

Rub the bar directly on the scalp to build a generous lather.

Gently massage the scalp with your fingers to spread the actives.

Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. The lengths rinse naturally.

💡 The transition period When switching from a conventional liquid shampoo, the scalp may take 2–3 weeks to rebalance. This is normal. Once past this point, you'll wash your hair less often with visibly better results.

Yes, Neptune is our universal shampoo, designed for all hair types and the whole family from age 3. Many families use it as their only shampoo — adults, children, and even grey or colour-treated hair.
Neptune is universal — suitable for everyone. Zéfir is specifically formulated for curly, wavy or damaged hair, with Fair Trade jojoba and white clay to define curls and eliminate frizz. If you have pronounced curls, Zéfir is the better fit. Otherwise, Neptune is the ideal choice.
When switching from a conventional liquid shampoo, the scalp takes 2–3 weeks to rebalance its sebum production. During this time hair may feel slightly heavier. Keep using Neptune as normal — it passes, and the end result is worth it.
Neptune lasts up to 60 washes, equivalent to around 3 conventional liquid shampoo bottles (300 ml). Duration depends on hair length and thickness. To maximise its lifespan, keep it away from water between washes — ideally with our magnetic soap holder.
