Apply to wet skin, lather directly or between your hands, then massage onto the body, hands, or face before rinsing.

Storage

Keep your soap dry between uses to prevent it from softening too quickly. Place it on a magnetic soap holder or in a well-drained area of your shower where it can dry properly.

Formulated with no essential oils and no allergens, Clair de Lune respects even the most sensitive skin. Handmade in Drôme Provençale with Ecocert-certified organic oils and Cosmos Organic shea butter. The naturally produced glycerin stays in the soap — a moisturiser that industrial manufacturers extract and resell.

Yes. Clair de Lune is formulated without essential oils or allergens and can be used from birth. It's our favourite soap for families with newborns — even for the thinnest and most reactive skin.
Absolutely. The complete absence of essential oils and allergens makes it perfectly suited for pregnant and breastfeeding women, throughout and after pregnancy.
Stored out of water between uses, a ~100 g bar lasts on average 4 to 6 weeks with daily use — equivalent to 2–3 bottles of 250 ml liquid shower gel.
Clair de Lune is made by cold-process saponification: this preserves all the natural actives from organic oils and butters. The naturally produced glycerin stays in the soap. Result: a soap that cleanses, nourishes and respects skin all at once. No sulphates, no synthetic preservatives, no fragrance.
The 1.20 kg size is ideal for large families or extended daily use. Save 17% vs. individual bars. Sold as a single block to cut as needed.
